The thermal spa express experience at Nature’s Elements Wellness offers an immersive journey into well-being and natural harmony. We offer revitalizing with contrast therapy, forest bathing, relaxation areas, and unwinding through self guided transitions from station to station.

Contrast Therapy

Following this serene start, guests engage in contrast therapy, alternating between rejuvenating sauna warmth and the invigorating chill of an ice bath, balancing the body’s energies.

Note: Bookings must be made online prior to your visit. We recommend that you come 20 minutes early to prepare for your first sauna session.
