Ready for a weekend that shifts your energy and brings you back into flow?
The Shift & Flow 3-Day Retreat is your invitation to pause, breathe, move, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Over the course of two powerful nights and three awakening days, you’ll be guided through a journey that blends:

Transformational breathwork sessions
Restorative yoga and qi gong in nature
A soul-cleansing sound bath
Forest bathing to ground and return to presence
Ecstatic dance to move energy through the body
Contrast therapy (hot/cold immersion) for nervous system reset
Group practices for clarity, connection, and self-awakening

You’ll arrive Friday at 4 PM and leave Sunday at 4 PM — completely different than how you came in. This retreat is designed to give you just enough space to shift your state, reconnect to your truth, and realign with your flow.
