This full-day retreat near Kingston, Belleville, Quinte West, and Brockville is perfect for those seeking deep rest, systemic detoxification, and long-lasting clarity—without the noise of traditional spas.

You’ll find quiet, reflection, and the profound healing of hot-cold cycles and forest immersion.

Book Your Hydrothermal Reset Appointment:

6 Hour Sessions Start at 11am, with Hydrogen Therapy @ 2pm.
4 Hour Sessions Starts at 1pm, with Hydrogen Therapy @ 3:30pm.

Following the traditions of Scandinavian Spas, you are welcome to enjoy up to a full day at our facility starting at either 11am or 1pm and lasting until close at 5pm. Your hydrogen therapy session timing will be determined when you arrive.
